Returning families will receive a registration form in the mail. New families can pickup a registration form outside the Religious Education Office or download one from the link above. All registration forms must be returned by May 31 to be in the first round placements and to avoid the $50.00 late fee. If you have any questions, please contact Roberta at 630-355-4545 ext. 112.
